2nd wave Odette out reach program was headed by NOAA OIC Nigel Rio. He created itinerary as well as drop of point and contact. Recommend estimated gallons to be distributed to the place we visited.Estimated time of arrival per drop off point. Sacrifice his time on work on the day we headed off just to have small pep talk before we go missions. Handed over the task to me to implement it on field.

To my Futfure Boss again
Originally this crash course was created to know your identity as a trader. To be able to understand your strength and weakness in trading. To be able to identify if you are a bullish trader or bearish trader meaning do you like to trade when market is going up or you prefer when the market is going down.
This consist of 5 basic skill for us to assess your favorable trade. through this you will have an idea on what path to take to further enhance your skill. In short this will help you create a tailor fit System and a working strategy that works in you.
difference on what im teaching compare to other guru and broker. most of this guys teach you Strategy in which, believe me or not strategy can be copied. they are forcing you to use their strategy which commonly will create damage on your path of being a trader. why damage because you are doing things that are hard for you to understand. once it is hard for you to understand it is hard for you to implement. as the saying goes there are hundred of ways to catch a monkey. probably catching a monkey by net is not favorable to you since the net is too big for you to carry.
My lesson are the basic foundation focusing on identifying who you are as a trader. why do this? to cut short in time and learn fast as you could for consistency on profiting. by knowing your strength then focus on expanding your strength. example of this is if you are good in trading on bullish market meaning market is going up then focus in learning different strategy on trading bullish. I remember my child when i first taught her to properly use spoon and fork on eating he was just barely 3 years old no matter how hard i show it to her how it is done rice will eventually spill in his plate and even to the table. Why is this? because im showing her to use spoon on right hand which i did not notice she is left handed. person his left brain is dominant than the right that is why it was hard for her to learn it. hope this will give you idea what im trying to tell.
Trading is not only on strategy. it is also in system. There is a big difference between system and strategy which commonly when you are new as a trader you think this is the same. to explain this further pls under go Crash course here is the link

Mam Pasag Chapter V is what you need to be able to read charts and price movements but i suggest to undergo previous chapter to fully understand Chapter V

Chapter II
all though you can learn this as we go along but this explain simple terms in my choice of words which is for grade 1 Section 11 not on the words of the broker that will confuse you more. advice just to scan few things and proceed|

Chapter Four
You dont need this since kilalang kilala mo na sarili mo mam but incase you want to know how i learn from it para matawa ka sa ginawa ko pagkilala ko sa sarili pwede mo basahin. during this time para akong tanga kase bumalik ako sa pagaaral ng buhay ni RIZAL...sabay kami ng anak ko.
Chapter V
This is what you need to learn basic foundation as i call it kase once malaman mo ito automatic alam mo na basahin ang chart. meron akong mga exercise nito pero i believe you can find better in youtube marami po .
Chapter VI
eto naman ginawa ko para makita ng mga tao na trading is double sword palibhasa dito sa amin ginawa networking ang forex ang pinapakita lang is yong kikitain at gaano kabilis kumita. toto po yon na malaki in short period in time even in 1 minute puede agad 50K pero ang hindi binangit nila is kung gaano kalaki at kabilis kumita ganon din kabilis maubos ang pera mo with in 1 minute.
Chapter VII
eto naman po is all about strategy na puede mo kopyahin at enhance para ma gamit mo pagimplement ng system mo. take note i do have proven strategy din po my favorite head and shoulder, pero pag ito ipakita mo sa kanila nako po betlog nila lilipat sa noo sa nerbyos. for them it wont work lalo na mga fundamental analyst. kaya pag meron po kayong mahanap na guy hopefully girl na fundamental im sure maging best friend kami kasi lahat ng technicality ko mali sa kanya. dahil dito nangangailangan kami ng boss na katulad mo to level things up.
